Today we've had jumping on the tramp and splashing in the pool.

Then Trev came into the livingroom, and said "I want to play checkers. Will you play with me?"

"Sure."

I must say, it was a much better game than the last one we had.

We actually played this time (without his getting frustrated) for about fifteen minutes before he was done with it. He's starting to understand the movements. We even got so far as "crowning", several times, in fact, and he began to understand the "jumping" process, and could spot it when I told him he had the opportunity available.

Not bad at all for only the second introduction!

Later we had lots of picture taking - his not mine. I was busy with the software, so I let him have at it. He does love it so.
