celebrating with the family

Yesterday we were off to Eric's Mama's, which is down the road fourty miles or so.

It was lovely to see everyone - especially since we couldn't visit on Thanksgiving - the children were very ill.

We had a wonderful time.

Gifts were well accepted all around. That's always nice! :) (magnetic dartboards were a big hit!) It was a lovely afternoon, and we'll miss them terribly 'til we see them again.
