I'm surprised you'd want the recipe from the way they look!! :) But they're tasty, and actually, they turned out better than the last ones we tried! I think cream of tartar is a must. The recipe explains a few things according to chemical reactions, and we read the hints as well as followed the recipe exactly. 'Cept we added extra citric acid - Little Son likes things sour. (1 teaspoon of apple flavoring, and 2 tsp of citric acid.)
