Thanksgiving Fun

I wanted to share something with you -
While I was doing a search for Louisa May Alcott's An Old Fashioned Thanksgiving, I ran across this site - Earth's Kids: Thanksgiving.
They have lots of really wonderful resources - from Scholastic's The First Thanksgiving (where you can journey on the Mayflower, learn about the daily life of the pilgrims, and see a presentation on Thanksgiving Day -- among other things) to reading Lincoln's Thanksgiving Proclamation and Native American Legends to crafts of pilgrim bonnets and hats and turkey pinecones.
There is so much there!
I think this site will keep us busy over the next eighteen days!
I'm so excited!
