easy like sunday

there are not too many things cuter than a three year old following along with mountain pose and triangle pose.

especially one in pigtails with one blue and one yellow sock.

    I've been meaning to post about my little one and how she puts in her yoga movie and stands in 'Namaste' position waiting for it to start. Not much cuter, I agree.

    I love when my boys do yoga. Esp. when it is to show how easy something is, or how much more flexible than me they are! ;P Hee.
