Give-away : Fashion Headbands

The folks at Creativity for Kids asked me if I'd like to do a review and give-away for their Fashion Headbands craft kit. I said that I thought Maddie would really like that, so sure!

Madd doesn't wear headbands for everyday accessories, but she adores them for dress-up play.
And of course decorating, gluing and sparklifying is right up her alley!

Right away Maddie tore the butterfly when trying to take it out of the box, and the wings came off. But there is glue included, so I just glued the wings back on.
The headbands seem more sturdy than the little plastic ones than a little friend of ours always leaves behind, so that was welcome.
The glue is a craft glue, bit it's not tacky immediately, so it takes a while for the ribbons to stick, and then dry. I considered getting out my tacky glue, but Maddie seemed to managed alright.

She's been loving playing with the kit... I plan to play, too, I have a circlet planned... something like a crown. :) We'll keep you updated with that!
